Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: On Site in North Canton, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Preparing reports and compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages


• Maintain compliance with union contracts


• Resolving payroll-related discrepancies, collecting and analyzing information


• Maintains payroll operations following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes


• Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist:

• Union payroll experienced required


• Accurate and detail oriented


• Experience within construction software (Foundations)


• 2-4 years of experience within payroll processing
