Sr. Financial Analyst
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to join a large, well-established organization with a strong national presence and a collaborative finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll focus on financial analysis, business partnering, and supporting leadership with insights that drive decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and key drivers
• Prepare reporting packages and deliver insights to leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and financial initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership
• Experience in a large or multi-unit organization is a plus
