Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the general ledger and support month-end/year-end close


• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy


• Apply GAAP-compliant revenue recognition in financial statements and reports


• Review and code credit card transactions for proper classification


• Process and approve employee travel and expense reimbursements


• Maintain accurate accounting records and follow internal controls


• Assist with schedules and documentation for audits and internal reviews


• Analyze financial data to support cost control and efficiency initiatives


• Support Controller with ad hoc projects and special assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting


• 2+ years of accounting experience


• Proficient in Excel
