Operations Accounting Analyst – AR/Billing Analyst
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Accounting Analyst:
- Manage fully billing and AR cycle: invoicing, collections, account reconciliations.
- Contracts, generate and distribute a high volume of invoices, validating contract terms, pricing, and billing schedules for accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring aging reports and following up on past-due balances
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Apply customer payments and reconcile AR accounts to ensure accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Support accounts payable processing
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Operations Accounting Analyst:
- 2+ years in Billing and Accounts Receivable or Collections in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on work with ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
