Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23/hour

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be: Blowing all holes in buckets and nozzles to clear any residue inside. Loading and washing all blown parts in the part washer. Filling out all BOT related to each part and each work order. Maintaining tools and measuring instruments supplied by the company. Reporting unusual problems or conditions to your supervisor. Observing company safety rules and regulations. Performing other similar or related duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Can lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Are willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts. Are willing to wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes. Can successfully complete a background check and drug screen. Are a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and protected individuals) as this role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government export restrictions.
Desired Characteristics: Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation. Possess strong ethical standards and integrity. Have experience in manufacturing (preferred). Exhibit reading comprehension skills to understand work-related documents. Follow written instructions and take verbal instructions for multiple assembly tasks in a manufacturing shop environment. Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong follow-up skills. Be able to work with computerized shop floor tools. Be a strong team player with flexibility to move to different areas. Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
