Temporary Part-time Coordinator
Our client in Edison, NJ is looking for Temporary Part-time Coordinator. This role is expected to end in June.
Schedule:
Monday: 8:45 AM
4:15 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 AM
4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Pay rate: $18.50/HR
Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Answering phones
Assist customers via phone or in person with any questions.
Assist ringing up customers when needed.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Excel (required).
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration (required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
Comfortable speaking with customers and collecting payment information.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
Strong computer skills.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be flexible with hours.
Local and has own form of transportation.
