What You Will Contribute:

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Worker at our Milwaukee facility, supporting daily production by ensuring parts, machines, and materials meet quality and performance standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees regularly rotate through various workstations within their home department and occasionally work in other areas of the facility depending on workload and customer orders. Responsible for observing safe work habits and maintaining cleanliness of work area.
The hourly wage for this role is $21.70.
Key Responsibilities
Check and inspect parts to ensure they meet basic quality standards
Monitor and operate production machines and report issues as needed
Perform basic computer tasks, including updating job status and reviewing work
Operate plastic injection molding machines.
Count and label outgoing materials.
Inspect machined parts for quality.
Load, unload, and prepare parts for next steps.
Create general labels and assist with part identification
Complete routine quality checks to support smooth production flow

Comfort using basic computer programs
Reliability and willingness to learn
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.
Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to pass an audiogram test.
