What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant
General Ledger & Financial Reporting
- Own and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and post complex journal entries (accruals, intercompany, recurring, adjustments)
- Ensure integrity of the general ledger through detailed reconciliations and analysis
- Deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Month-End Close Leadership
- Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies quickly
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline and improve close timelines
Intercompany & Multi-Entity Accounting
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Support consolidated financial reporting and ensure alignment across entities
Cash & Reconciliations
- Perform bank and cash account reconciliations with precision
- Investigate and resolve variances, ensuring clean and accurate balances
AR/AP Oversight
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and aging analysis
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines
- Assist with audits and external requests
