Location: Delano, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $56,000 – $66,000 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll manage core accounting functions from start to finish while helping ensure timely reporting and organized financial operations. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Manage full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping

  
  


• 
  

  Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare internal financial reports and maintain accurate records

  
  


• 
  

  Support payroll processing, vendor communication, and daily cash flow tracking

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with leadership to improve processes and maintain efficiency

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a full-cycle role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting systems

  
  


• 
  

  Experience handling AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close independently

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
