Senior FP&A Associate Key Responsibilities:
• Own corporate forecasting, cash flow projections, and KPI tracking across a real estate portfolio
• Translate asset-level and project data into enterprise-wide insights and performance reporting
• Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems, including pipeline and financial platforms
• Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
• Partner cross-functionally with Development, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Senior FP&A Associate Qualifications:
• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
• Advanced financial modeling skills with ability to build models from scratch (non-negotiable)
• Experience working with complex, multi-source data; exposure to BI tools or SQL is a plus
• Real estate, development, or REIT exposure strongly preferred (FFO, NOI, portfolio metrics)
• Strong business judgment with ability to interpret data, explain drivers, and recommend actions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams
