Creative Financial Staffing is paired with a national project consulting firm in Watertown, MA to hire a Payroll Specialist for their team.

About the Company Seeking a Payroll Specialist:

• Established over 40 years ago


• This position will sit on the Corporate Accounting Team, which boasts employees with good longevities with the company


• Hybrid work environment with parking on site

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Processing biweekly payroll for 2,000+ employees, including vacation payout, mileage reimbursement, and other adjustments


• Coordinating with UKG and state entities regarding liens and taxes


• Creating variance reports for reconciliation

Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years)


• 5+ years in payroll processing


• Experience with UKG is a huge plus, or with a comparable HRIS required

Salary Range:
$65,000 - 80,000
