Property Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 property accountants
• Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 7–10 properties
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly close processes
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain HUD/affordable housing compliance and reporting

Property Accounting Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of property accounting experience including affordable housing
• Strong Yardi experience required
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
• Hands-on experience with audits, reconciliations, and financials
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
