We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant for an onsite project supporting employee onboarding and orientation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and can confidently lead group communication in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide real-time English - Spanish translation between staff and employees


• Support new hire onboarding and orientation sessions


• Assist with completion and explanation of onboarding documents


• Provide support to leadership team and front desk responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)


• Experience with translation in a professional or group setting


• Knowledge of I-9 forms, onboarding paperwork, or HR processes


• Comfortable taking initiative and leading group communication


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
