They are seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team in Seattle. This Staff Accountant role offers a balanced mix of core accounting responsibilities and exposure to compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Staff Accountant – Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, you will focus on the following core areas:

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) duties and monthly account reconciliations


• Assist with month‑end close and general ledger accuracy


• Support SOX reporting and internal control documentation


• Participate in software and accounting process improvement efforts


• Utilize Sage Intacct and Excel for reporting and analysis

Staff Accountant – Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 2+ years of hands‑on accounting experience


• Experience with reconciliations, AP, and SOX‑related environments


• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
