Compensation:
$70,000 – $95,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist:



  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international regions.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, approvals, and validations with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Partner with internal teams and global stakeholders to standardize payroll processes.

  • Maintain payroll documentation, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

  • Support payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.

  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processes and audits.


Qualifications of the Global Payroll Specialist:



  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll exposure.

  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-country payroll coordination.

  • Experience working with global teams and third-party payroll providers.

  • Experience with payroll systems such as UKG, Workforce Management tools, or similar platforms.
