Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist:
- Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international regions.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, approvals, and validations with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with internal teams and global stakeholders to standardize payroll processes.
- Maintain payroll documentation, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Support payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processes and audits.
Qualifications of the Global Payroll Specialist:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll exposure.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-country payroll coordination.
- Experience working with global teams and third-party payroll providers.
- Experience with payroll systems such as UKG, Workforce Management tools, or similar platforms.
