Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, or live chat onsite and international clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related software for users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT challenges.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist in the management of IT assets and inventories.
- Provide user training and support for new software and hardware implementations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years of IT Support role
- Tier II-III Help Desk Support Ticketing
- Experience in Windows 10
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Familiarity with cyber security best practices
