We’re partnering with a multi-site, high-growth organization with $200M+ in annual revenue to identify a Controller with strong technical accounting experience and a background in manufacturing.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role supporting accounting operations across multiple locations. The Controller will play a key role in financial reporting, operational partnership, and driving process improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process across multiple sites


• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules


• Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and ensure reporting accuracy


• Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis


• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff


• Analyze inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing variances


• Support ERP system functionality, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives


• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a Controller or senior-level accounting role


• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or a multi-site product-based environment


• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing


• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-location structure


• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, NAV, or similar)


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting


• Proven leadership and team management experience


• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
