Title: Accountant

Salary: $80K -$100K base salary + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis


• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules


• Reconcile cash activity, bank accounts, and daily cash reports


• Record settlements, disbursements, deposits, and bank transfers accurately in the general ledger


• Support financial statement preparation and serve as backup for Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of accounting experience


• Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes


• Advanced Excel skills
