Position: Controller
Location: Greater Hartford Area
Salary: $110,000–$130,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting


• Manage month-end and year-end close processes


• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and support strategic financial planning


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role and/or a related degree


• Experience with Epicor ERP software is required
