Member Services Representative (Cash Handling)

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check/cash handling
- Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each day
- Assist members with account questions and provide excellent customer service
- Navigate internal systems to support daily operations and member needs
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor
- Prior cash handling experience (e.g., cashier, retail, restaurant, or similar roles)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or banking environment
- Familiarity with check scanning or deposit processing (DE)
Additional Details
- Full-time, permanent position with benefits
- No regular Saturday hours required initially; occasional Saturday shifts may be introduced on a rotating basis
- Candidates will be required to sign a cash-handling agreement
