Accounting Manager
Salary: $95,000 to $115,000 + bonus

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee full‑cycle accounting operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility
• Lead and support the daily work of AP, AR, and purchasing functions
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close activities in coordination with the Controller
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure accuracy in manufacturing accounting, including inventory and cost‑related activity
• Support capital project accounting tied to ongoing plant upgrades and investments
• Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with process improvements as the organization continues to scale and modernize
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to ERP conversions and/or upgrades
