Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities



  • Lead global financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance

  • Develop and refine scenario and sensitivity models for planning and forecasting

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance

  • Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting

  • Develop, manage, and analyze the annual capital expenditure budget

  • Track and reconcile actual versus planned spending; recommend cost‑saving opportunities

  • Enhance financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools

  • Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Present financial findings to both finance and non‑finance audiences

  • Contribute to system implementations, new business cases, and process improvements

  • Mentor junior analysts and support development of team-wide analytical capabilities


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday
