We are looking for a talented customer service professional who has a passion for health & wellness and a drive to move up and potentially join our management team. Must be a self starter and willing to learn and grow with the spa.
Spa Coordinator Responsibilities
Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
Help with merchandising spa boutique
Assist guests with gift card and retail recommendations
Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
Support the spa and hospitality managers
Are super organized and have an astute attention for detail
Love working with a team
Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amenities are well stocked
Managerial experience is a plus
