Machine Operator I & II

Corrugator Machine Operator I & II
Location: Arlington, TX Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM -6:00 PM or 3rd Shift 6:00 PM

6:00 AM (Rotating 12-hour shifts, 223 schedule) Pay Rate: $20

$27/hour DOE
Duties:

Set up, adjust, and operate bindery machinery including cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, and binding/gluing machines
Monitor production quality, output, and efficiency while ensuring all products meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment according to SOPs
Coordinate multiple machine workstations and assist in directing production crew activities
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED with experience as a Bindery/Cutter Operator or similar role
Knowledge of operating cutting and binding equipment (MBO folder and vacuum table experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret job specifications and perform accurate machine setups
Strong attention to detail, mechanical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
