Job Opening At Cape Island Foods
Cape Island Foods has openings in our food manufacturing facility producing/packaging peanut butter and related items.
Have reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule, primarily Mon-Fri, hours may vary.
Must work well in a team orientated atmosphere.
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time.
Operate food processing equipment and machinery to blend or process ingredients.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for compliance with quality standards, identifying and removing defective items.
Package, label, and seal food products in accordance with company specifications.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and containers to maintain a safe and clean production environment.
Record production and test data for ingredients, product batches, and production times, ensuring traceability.
Coordinate with other team members to manage the efficient flow of materials and products through the production line.
Perform minor maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation of the production line
