Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is adding an Accountant to its team due to continued business stability and growth. This is a hands-on Accountant role reporting directly to the CFO, offering strong visibility, broad exposure across core accounting functions, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a tight-knit environment.

The Role

The Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance. This Accountant will also play a key role in reconciliations, budgeting support, and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and preparation of financial statements


• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries


• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations


• Assist with P&L reporting and variance analysis


• Support budgeting and forecasting activities


• Assist with audit preparation and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field


• 2+ years of accounting experience


• Manufacturing or similar industry experience strongly preferred


• ERP experience (Sage 100 a plus)
