Operate a mill using both manual and automatic controls, ensuring smooth threading of strip through mill processes. Adjust tooling and associated mechanicals as required to minimize scrap and waste, and produce quality products that meet output cost standards. Perform and record quality checks while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Essential Skills
General labor experience.
Production and machine operation skills.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
Good attendance record.
Ability to pass physical and drug screen.
Willingness to work all shifts.
Attention to detail.
Good math, verbal, mechanical, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and printer skills.
Ability to read a tape measure and use gauges, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
Physical stamina and strength.
Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
