As a Guest Reception Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process.
Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities and local attractions.
Process guest reservations, handle payments, and manage guest accounts.
Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
Handle guest feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement.
Stay updated on resort promotions and packages to offer guests the best options.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
Must be willing to travel between sites
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and hospitality software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
