Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, polished, and dependable Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
This role is critical to the firm's daily operations and client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume environment with professionalism and warmth.
Law firm experience is preferred. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Greet and direct walk-in clients, vendors, and scheduled appointments
Coordinate visitor check-ins and maintain front office presentation
Open, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail
Manage outgoing mail and courier coordination
Maintain reception area organization and professionalism
Assist with scheduling and general administrative coordination as needed
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff when requested
Perform additional front desk and reception-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
Law firm experience preferred
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
Reliable and punctual
Spanish fluency (verbal and written) is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate or salary (commensurate with experience)
401(k) plan through Vanguard with up to 4% employer match (eligible after one year of employment)
