Administrative Specialist (Part-Time, Onsite
Lansdale, PA)
The Opportunity
CMI is seeking a part-time Administrative Specialist to support our Lansdale, PA office. This role is ideal for a friendly, organized professional who enjoys juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities and serving as a key support resource for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and front-desk support, including handling incoming calls, mail, and shipments
Maintain office organization and cleanliness; coordinate with facilities management
Schedule meetings and coordinate catering
Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
Maintain timesheet information for assigned employees
Create and distribute training cards and certificates
Maintain company vehicles, appointments, and usage tracking
Prepare and distribute outgoing reports
Administer company equipment testing
Facilitate and maintain client badges on a quarterly basis
Edit and format documents as needed
Order and distribute business cards
Share internal communications, notifications, and employee recognitions
Assist with employee travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental)
Provide support to Accounts Receivable with customer collections via email and phone
Run occasional errands for supplies, meals, or equipment delivery
Qualifications
13 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Accounts Receivable experience preferred, but not required
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and shift priorities
Professional, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive or difficult situations with professionalism
Must be able to work onsite in Lansdale, PA, 3 days per week
