Quality Control Inspector
Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Brewster, NY
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hr
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct visual inspections of electronic devices using a microscope at 7X magnification
Perform final inspections of finished assemblies and review related documentation
Read and interpret CAD drawings to verify dimensions and specifications
Use calipers and other measurement tools to verify raw material and component dimensions
What's Needed?
Ability to inspect under magnification with a microscope
Experience reading CAD drawings and using calipers for measurements
Good time management skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with inspection of electronic assemblies preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus
