CNA and HHA Needed
HomeWell Care Services is looking for caregivers in Volusia, Flagler, and St. John counties. We offer several programs to our clients that fit their needs. Experience with dementia, ADL's and IADL's, limited non weight bearing patients, wound management, and Super pubic catheters is needed. Reliable and dependability is a must!! Two years min exp as a caregiver (preferred).
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional, assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, preparing and serving meals, providing companionship and emotional support, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
Requirements include valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program, experience in providing patient care preferred, knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices, ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably, excellent communication skills, compassionate and caring attitude, ability to work independently, and reliable transportation.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
