CNC Machinist
Trillium Staffing is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist in Peoria, Illinois!
The CNC Lathe Machinist will set up and operate an Okuma lathes and machining centers to fabricate parts.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
Using lathes to fabricate parts to precise specifications.
Performing set-ups, edits, tool changes, and programming.
Using mathematics and precision instruments to determine dimensions and tolerances.
The CNC Lathe Machinist is a first shift position, 6am
2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is possible. Pay will range from $22-$28/hour based on experience. Positions are full time and temp-to-hire.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of machining experience
Experience with manual machines is a plus
Programming experience is a plus
Experience using micrometers and gauges as well as reading blueprints and schematics
