Press Brake Operator
Fresno, CA
Experienced talent only. Minimum 5+ years of stable, hands-on metal forming is required. You must bring blueprint mastery and a proven record of running press brake setups from first article to production. We're hiring a press brake operator for first shift in Fresno; if your experience isn't deep and recent, this isn't the role. High-skill shop, tight tolerances, zero dramabring precision, pace, and professionalism. As an operator who owns their craft, you know the difference between "good" and "right."
You'll operate CNC and manual press brake equipment safely, perform complex setups, adjust tooling, validate angles, and hit repeatability every run. The operator reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and detailed layouts; uses micrometers and calipers; and inspects parts to exact specs. You'll anticipate springback, choose the correct tooling, and correct when a die won't cooperatelike a true pro on the press brake.
Requirements: 5+ years as a press brake specialist with a steady work history (explanations ready for any gaps), mastery of setup through first-article approval, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with the team. A strong press brake operator adapts as priorities shift, maintains a clean, safe cell, and keeps quality records without being asked. Every operator here is expected to mentor and be mentored.
Why you'll like it: 1st shift, MondayFriday (7:30am4:00pm), paid $25.00$27.85/hr DOE, supportive culture, and work that rewards craft. If you can prove high-level press brake competency during screening and on the floor, we'd like to meet you. Your press brake experience and press brake pride will stand out here; the right operator will grow with a team that values mastery.
