Position Overview
We are currently seeking a career-minded Customer Service Representative to join our Boca Raton team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and other services via phone and email
Provide accurate, timely information and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain and update client records and documentation in our system
Work closely with insurance agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and agency operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience preferred; insurance industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
A career-driven mindset with a desire to grow within the insurance field
