Airframe/Powerplant Mechanic
Immediate positions are available for experienced Airframe/Powerplant Mechanic in San Antonio, TX. We are in need of both experienced A&P mechanics. Aircrafts we are working on: E190, A300, Boeing 787, Boeing 757
3 lines, Boeing 747, MD11
2 lines, DC10
Job Type: Contractor
Hire Date: Immediate
Compensation: $25 -$28/ hour (based on experience)
Per diem: we offer the highest non-taxable per diem in the market(including on overtime)
Hours: overtime is available
Tools: toolbox and tools required
Position Responsibilities:
Interpret aircraft technical manuals, and drawings
Performs all airframe, power-plant, propeller repairs and modifications assigned in accordance with company and FAA requirements.
Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting
Keep a clean & orderly work environment
Perform all other duties as assigned in a safe manner
Qualifications:
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Airframe/Powerplant Mechanic (7 years required)
Experience with Cargo/Commercial aircraft (7years preferred)
License: A&P (preferred)
