Bookkeeper Position
Abbitt Management, LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dependable, qualified, professional Bookkeeper with a strong background in A/R and A/P to perform a wide range of bookkeeping activities for the Community Association Department.
Qualities and Abilities:
Great attention to details.
Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
Work with minimal supervision.
Work well with others and interact positively with owners, co-workers, and vendors.
Highly effective communicator; in both verbal and written communications.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
Ability to maintain accurate account ledgers and account reconciliation in real-time.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency with Yardi Voyager property management software is a plus.
Experience with year-end accounting, to include 1099 process with I&E statements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must maintain ambitious standards and good customer relations.
Must have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
