Osmo is seeking a Robot Operator to join our engineering & automation team. In this role, you'll be responsible of operating and monitoring our robotic dispensing systems, executing setup and changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate robotic dispensing system in alignment with work orders and production schedule
Execute setup, changeover, calibration, and validation of robot workflows
Monitor robot performance, ensure accuracy, defect anomalies, and take corrective action or escalate as needed
Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on automated dosing robot
Work with software and hardware handoffs (e.g. MES interface, PLCs, conveyors) to ensure smooth transition and process integration
Log production metrics, downtime events, and issues, and support root-cause follow-up
Maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs) and reference documents; suggest updates when needed
Coordinate with vendors and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
Adhere to safe procedures (lockout/tag out, PPE, interlock) and quality standard
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing/production or automated equipment operating environment
Mechanical aptitude. Able to work with tools and equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and process flows
Good communication skills and ability to work functionally
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Fragrance Manufacturing experience is a plus
Hourly Rate: $22.11-$27.80
