Position Summary
This role supports a team of 17 other wood workers. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of shop drawings and woodworking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and install custom millwork components
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications with high accuracy
Operate a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery, including saws, planers, jointers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment (if applicable)
Ensure quality control through careful measuring, fitting, sanding, and finishing of all workpieces.
Collaborate with project managers, shop foremen, and site supervisors to meet project timelines and client expectations.
Perform on-site installations, including layout, fitting, and secure mounting of millwork components, often in finished or occupied environments.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area, follow OSHA standards
