Medical Lab Scientist II — Lead, Diagnostics

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Boston. This full-time position involves performing complex diagnostic tests and ensuring quality results while assisting and training laboratory personnel. Candidates require an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and at least 3 years of clinical lab science experience. A one-time sign-on bonus of $7,500 and an employee referral bonus of $2,000 are offered. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating weekends/holidays.
