Job Description
This position provides general office support through a variety of clerical and customer-facing responsibilities. The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associates, greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner, keeping office tasks current, and handling customer transactions including payments, receipts, refunds, and change.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate
Greet customers and visitors warmly, professionally, and with a smile
Provide a high level of professional customer service both in person and over the phone
Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
Provide callers with general information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, website information, and other related details
Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing, and collating
Create accounting receipts for sales and finance departments for vehicle deposits and CODs
Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, or automatic debit
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and guest waiting area
Use computer systems efficiently and accurately to complete daily responsibilities
Present oneself in a consistently professional manner and adhere to business dress code expectations

Closed Sundays
Average of 10 to 20 hours per week
