Apprentice Technician
to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What Our Apprentice Technicians Do
Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems on vehicles
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Assist with the installation of performance upgrades and accessories on vehicles
Learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies and repair methods
Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Your Pre-Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Enrolled in a technical school program in automotive repair or equivalent work experience
Passion for learning and a desire to become a technician
Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
