What You'll Do
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement
Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake
Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation
Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized
Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines
Documentation: Record care provided and report any changes or concerns
What You Bring
Active Virginia CNA certification
High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Ability to use your smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
Ability to pass background checks, health screenings, DMV check, and drug screening
