Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a
Project Manager
to support
IT Operations and Global Information Security initiatives within Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
for a large-scale gaming organization.
This role is focused on
driving integration efforts across casino floor systems, infrastructure environments, and security operations . The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of
gaming industry experience and IT infrastructure knowledge , with the ability to lead projects tied to
system integrations, operational readiness, and security alignment during M&A activities .
This is an
execution-focused role , requiring a hands-on project manager who can navigate complex environments, coordinate across teams, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration & Execution
Lead project delivery for
M&A integration initiatives
across IT Operations and Global Information Security
Coordinate across teams to ensure
successful integration of systems, infrastructure, and processes
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
IT Operations & Infrastructure
Support initiatives across
IT Operations , including infrastructure, systems, and casino floor technologies
Ensure
operational readiness and system stability
during integration efforts
Partner with infrastructure teams to align on
deployment, transition, and support activities
Global Information Security Alignment
Coordinate with Global Information Security teams to ensure
security requirements and controls
are incorporated into all projects
Support alignment of
security processes and standards
during M&A integrations
Assist in maintaining compliance within a
regulated gaming environment
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between
IT, Security, and business stakeholders
Provide clear
status reporting, risk management, and escalation support
Drive cross-functional collaboration in a
fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Project Manager in IT Operations and/or infrastructure environments
Gaming industry experience , including exposure to
casino floor systems
Strong experience supporting:
IT Operations / Infrastructure projects
M&A integrations or system transitions
Proven ability to manage projects in
operational, Agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Experience working with
Global Information Security teams or security-related initiatives
