JOB PURPOSE:

To increase the accessibility of video content by adding captions to the college's official videos. Work with the Office of Communications marketing team to ensure accurate and appropriate captions for existing archive of videos as well as newly produced content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No previous captioning experience is necessary. Position requires excellent written communication skills (copy editing, grammar, and punctuation abilities); attention to detail and quality; ability to work accurately, efficiently, and independently; experience working with web-based video platforms (YouTube and Vimeo) is a plus.
