What You Will Do:
Collaborate with finance, IT, and crossfunctional stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective Planview solutions
Design and implement Planview capabilities, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Place, to maximize platform utilization, process maturity, and cost optimization
Develop and deliver technical proposals, solution architectures, and training materials for business and technical audiences
Establish, maintain, and govern standard operating procedures, standard work instructions, and documentation aligned to industry best practices
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies while supporting knowledge management, transfer, and continuous improvement through documentation and article lifecycle management
Maintain Planview certifications and industry knowledge while supporting stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication, collaboration, and onsite engagement as required
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture, specifically within portfolio management software environments
Minimum 8 years of experience designing and implementing solutions with Planview software, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Place
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices
Experience and familiarity with other project portfolio management (PPM) tools, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Certification in Planview or related technologies
