About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodging.
How the General Utility works with the Team:
General Utility provides support to Food and Beverage by assisting in the moving and set up of equipment, helping to maintain the general cleanliness of the F&B areas, receiving, and storing F&B products.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Receive deliveries
Store and Distribute F&B products and equipment to individual business units as directed by F&B Supervisors, Mountain Creek policies, and business unit volume
Use equipment and chemicals in a safe manner following all Mountain Creek and Health Department safety procedures
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen, warehouse and other F&B work areas
Remove garbage and recyclables to proper containers
Assist in the set-up and breakdown of F&B outlets during seasonal changes and events.
Ensure cleanliness of dishes, pots and utensils and other food service-related materials
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Consistently store all equipment and products according to station guides
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Team Member Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Professional, mature and friendly demeanor
Must be 16 years of age or older
