Pay Rate:
($30-$32.60) hourly
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable using web-based tools and systems
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to customer service, sales, or account management roles
Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software environments
Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer contract renewals in partnership with account teams
Engage with customers to negotiate commercial terms and support renewal discussions
Act as a primary point of contact for renewal-related communication
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely deal execution
Support customers through product transitions, including end-of-life (EOL) or sunset products
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Identify opportunities for revenue retention and account growth
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the renewal lifecycle.
