Warranty Assistant

Provides administrative support for the Customer Service Manager by completing administrative tasks while providing customer support to our dealers and customers. Will assist with frame returns by inspecting for damage and check them in, load parts in designated houses or freight as notated on customer orders that requires carrying up to 75 lbs up a ladder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and determine a necessary course of action.
Order and scan parts needed for repairs on homes.
Examine frames and check them in periodically as backup support
Load parts for service in houses periodically.
Process payment for independent contractors and service reimbursements.
Monitor and help facilitate State of Colorado on-site inspection notices, records, and perform follow-ups.
Process warranty reimbursement payment/settlements.
Print new work orders daily, prioritize items that will need to be sent out by UPS or loaded in the house.
Print and scan all customer work orders into IFS and log into the builder network order number for reference.
Schedule weekly service work with homeowners and create customer orders for parts needed on pending work orders.
