Qualifications:
* ADN or higher degree in nursing
* Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
* 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
* ACLS certification preferred
* Ability to function effectively under stress
* Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
* Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
* Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
* Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
* Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
* Administer medications and other treatments
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
* Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
